What’s Changing
As of August 26th, the College Zoom Website will be changing, see below for instructions on how to navigate these changes. These instructions focus on finding your meetings and recordings / transcripts.
How to Access your Meetings from the Waffle (9 Dot) Menu
- Start by clicking on the “Waffle Menu” or 9 dots towards the top right corner of your Zoom home page. As shown in the image to the right.
NOTE: This menu should be visible in the top right corner at all times, you do not need to be on your Zoom home page to access it. - Once clicked the main menu (or products window) will appear.
- Click on “Meetings”.
- Once clicked the “Meetings” page will appear showing your scheduled meetings.
How to Access your Recordings from your Account page
- Start by clicking on your profile image at the top right corner of the Zoom page. As shown in the image to the right.
- Once clicked the profile / account menu will appear.
- Click on “My account” as shown in the image to the right.
- Once clicked your “My account” page will appear.
- On the left side of the page click “Recordings and Transcripts”. As shown in the image to the right.
- This will open your recordings and transcripts page.
NOTE: The recordings and transcripts page has not changed with this update. You should be able to navigate this feature the same as you did before the change.
