Key Features

Meeting summary with AI Companion: transcribes and summarizes key points from meetings. When a meeting host enables this feature during their meeting, participants will see a prompt letting them know. If this feature is not enabled, participants can request that it be started.

Ask AI Companion questions: Participants in the meeting have the opportunity to ask the AI questions about what has been discussed so far. There are preset questions available, including “Catch me up,” “Was my name mentioned,” and “What are the action items,” which can be especially helpful for those who arrive late or step away temporarily. Participants can also pose more targeted custom questions, such as “What is the assignment due date” and “When is the quiz scheduled”.

NOTE: this feature is enabled for the host only, but can be configured to allow access to meeting participants.

Smart Recording with AI Companion: this feature will automatically organize your cloud recordings into sections called smart chapters. Action items discussed during your meeting will be listed under next steps. This feature is especially useful for long meetings and webinars where you may want to organize the recording into segments for easier viewing.

The AI Companion will even provide the host analytics on key meeting and conversation factors, including talk speed, talk-listen ratio, longest spiel (or monologue), filler word usage, and patience.

Optionally, you can also enable recording highlights in your Zoom account settings. This feature will automatically highlight key parts of your recordings. You can manually adjust highlights as needed.
