Zoom Voice Recorder with AI Companion

The Zoom Voice Recorder with AI Companion can be used to record in-person meetings using the Zoom mobile app on your smartphone. The AI Companion Voice Recorder can transcribe, summarize, and capture action items.

As a best practice, be sure to always request consent from participants before recording your meetings.

To enable or disable Voice recorder with AI Companion for your own use:

  • Sign in to the Zoom web portal at: https://chemeketa.zoom.us/signin
  • In the navigation menu, click Settings.
  • Click the AI Companion tab.
  • Under Recording, click the Voice recorder with AI Companion toggle to enable or disable it.
  • If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.

Access audio transcripts from Recordings & Transcripts and meeting summaries from the Summaries area in your Zoom account.
