Dear faculty,
We are seeking your assistance in the college’s efforts to continue classroom cleaning protocols. While facilities staff are provided a roster of assigned classrooms, and plan to sanitize after each class, classrooms are also provided a door sanitization card (see photos below) for quick identification of classrooms needing sanitation.
If you are teaching on campus, after using a classroom/space, please turn the door card over to the side indicating “Room/Space NOT Sanitized”. This will inform facilities staff that the space has been used and needs to be sanitized. Once the room has been sanitized, facilities will turn the card to the side indicating “Room/Space Sanitized”.
