Dear faculty,
We are seeking your assistance to ensure that only assigned classrooms are utilized for in-person and hybrid classes.
Facilities staff are provided a roster of assigned classrooms to conduct their cleaning protocols. Using a classroom that is not assigned increases the potential that the space may not be regularly sanitized. Utilizing classrooms that are not assigned can also be problematic because it makes student schedules inaccurate should they need to be contacted while on campus.
If you need to request a classroom change, whether temporary or for the duration of the term, please contact your dean’s office.
