Funding available! Grant funds will pay all faculty participants who are not otherwise contracted on January 4 for their participation.

Module II of the DPR Instructor Seminar will focus on how to approach teaching controversial topics in the classroom and handle “hot moments.” Participants will also have an opportunity to share their successes and collaboratively problem-solve around instructional questions related to delivering a DPR course. Veteran DPR instructors are encouraged to join!

Following the DPR seminar, we will have lunch with Sonya Moody-Jurardo, education specialist with the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. She hopes to engage faculty in an open dialogue about serving tribal students in higher education. Lunch is on us!
