Issue
Access Denied errors may display when viewing Kaltura media in Canvas using the latest version of the Chrome web browser. This error also displays when accessing Kaltura tools in Canvas (My Media, Media Gallery).

Recent updates to the Chrome web browser are causing Access Denied errors with Kaltura Media in Canvas.
Status
Chemeketa Online Technical Support is aware of this issue.
This issue will be resolved when the college switches our URL (elearn.chemeketa.edu) from Blackboard to Canvas on or shortly after September 1st.
Suggested Work Around
Instructors can use a different browser (Edge, Firefox) when working in Canvas. We will notify instructors when this issue has been resolved.
